The Academy
The Mallorca Academy is our newest location and has been purpose built to run our high level courses. The space is fully kitted out with a drinks lab for cocktail creation, a cocktail kitchen for designing mixology products and a demo bar for tastings and masterclasses. It is located in the centre of Palma, just next to the main plaza. With the major shopping district and markets only a short walk away, the academy is an ideal hub for exploring everything Palma has to offer.
The City
Mallorca is often referred to as the Crown Jewel of the Balearic Islands. The island is peppered with sunny sand beaches, mountains and coastlines to explore and lovely seaside towns brimming with history and culture. There is also a flourishing bar and restaurant scene, especially in Palma, where the best Mallorquin drinks, cocktails and cuisine can be sampled. Despite being a popular tourist location for many years, Palma maintains a wonderful authenticity and unique flavour that makes it an incredible location year round.
The Accommodation
The Villa is based just on the outskirts of Palma, a stone’s throw away from one of the best beaches in the city and some great bars and restaurants. The Villa is modern and recently refurbished, with several different terraces to rest and study on, a pool to cool off in and bright, comfortable rooms to relax in after time spent exploring the city and studying in the academy.
