I did the 2 day mixology course and I have to say, everything was perfect. The bar is breathtaking and stocks anything a bartender could ever need. The instructors, Tomas and Gary, were brilliant and made learning more fun than you could imagine. Both were so knowledgeable and Gary even managed to make learning about syrups interesting and funny which I would have never expected. Can't wait to go back, I'll be taking any course on offer!!

I did the two weeks course become a bartender. The environment was great. Gary, Thomas and Richard are very good teachers. My favourite part of the course was the tasting, we tasted a lot of alcohol every morning like spirits, beers, wines, liqueurs. In conclusion i had a very good experience, i suggest everyone who wants to learn about bartending and cocktails to take this course.

Amazing experience. I went for the 2 day introduction to cocktails course, and loved it. Both Richard and Tomas were brilliant, very professional and accommodating, a lot of information, definitely very passionate about their profession. The atmosphere was relaxed, and chilled but exciting in the same time as you get to participate in making the cocktails, which is amazing. Highly recommended it. Well done guys it was a pleasure to attend!
