They’re called the Classics for a reason! Learning the cocktails that make up the foundation of cocktail culture is essential for anyone that wants to join the ranks of modern bartenders. You’ll learn many of the ‘principle’ cocktails, the drinks that a majority of modern cocktails are based on.
