Amazing experience. I went for the 2 day introduction to cocktails course, and loved it. Both Richard and Tomas were brilliant, very professional and accommodating, a lot of information, definitely very passionate about their profession. The atmosphere was relaxed, and chilled but exciting in the same time as you get to participate in making the cocktails, which is amazing. Highly recommended it. Barista training was super funny, instructor is professional and passionate about its area. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to operate the machines with no rush at all. Our group was also super friendly and supportive.

The 2 day cocktail making course is fantastic and perfect for both the professional bar tender or home enthusiast with no experience (like me). You learn everything from the history of the cocktail (never let the truth get in the way of a good story), to the equipment, station setup, build and mixing techniques, how to make your own cordials & syrups (you'll never reach for the MI-wadi again) and most importantly the recipes. This course will ruin 99% of cocktail bars for you because you'll realise how good they can and should taste. Easy and fun learning environment, great take home book with all the info and recipes and absolutely brilliant tutors in Richie, Tomas and Calum - I can't say enough about lads, unreal skills and great banter (the perfect bar men), they make the whole experience. 1000% recommend this course.

I had a two-day basic course. I really liked the organization, the theoretical part which was really very interesting, as well as the practical part that is useful in everyday life. Great coaches Tomas and Richard with a lot of knowledge and experience. I wasn't bored even for a moment.
